How Do I Return AdvancePro if I'm not 100% Satisfied?

Call AdvanceWare Technologies, Inc. at (416) 361-6036 within 30 days of receipt of AdvancePro for a Return Authorization Number (RMA #). Returned Software must be  received within 14 days of RMA issuance . Then, simply return AdvancePro, insured and with tracking identification. Please be sure to mark the outside of your package with your RMA #. Credit will be made to original credit card only. Please note: Upgrades and Customizations are final. AdvanceWare reserves the right to resell any customizations as part of our software suite unless prior agreement is made to the contrary with the customer.
