AdvancePro/QuickBooks New Features
-
QuickBooks Auto Export – Schedule QB auto export to occur automatically and on
a timely basis. No more manual synchronizing with the QB file. Set the export
interval and the export will take place automatically.

This feature is located at QB > Settings > Auto Export
-
QuickBooks Export Report – The comprehensive export report has a new look and
also allows you to rectify export issues from within the report itself. For
example, if an item fails to export to QB, you will be able to mark that item
for re-export from within the report itself.

QuickBooks Inventory Adjustments – Control how you want your inventory
adjustments to be exported to QB.

Enable this setting in ADMIN > Site Settings form
-
Compare inventory
levels - AdvancePro will compare QB inventory and AdvancePro
inventory, and then make QB inventory identical to what is in
AdvancePro. These adjustments will only happen after pending invoices
and bills are exported.

AdvancePro
will export every manual inventory adjustment to QB regardless of whether
there are pending invoices or bills in AP and regardless of whether the
inventory in QB is identical to that in AP or not.

QuickBooks Sales Taxes - Sales Taxes now can be modified and then exported to
QuickBooks. Previously we only allowed new taxes to be added using the QB
Export, but now tax values can be modified or tax names can be edited and then
exported. This feature works in the QB US version. Taxes cannot be added or
modified for QB Canadian versions.

Vendor Quote – This new Vendor Quote now allows you to create a quote for one
or multiple vendors. Easily convert a quote into an order with a click of a
button. You can email, print or export this quote too.

This feature is accessible from Vendor Drop Down > Select “New Vendor
Quote”

Vendor Order Matrix – The apparel order matrix for Vendor Orders is finally
here. Now you can view product variations and add them to the orders in the
easy to view grid format. The Order Matrix format is now available for viewing
and printing of the Vendor Orders and Vendor Bills.

Multiple Product transfer (warehouses) – This feature allows you to transfer
multiple products between warehouses. You can now select a group of products
to transfer between warehouses. You can also manage these transfers with an
easy view of historical transfers made between warehouses.

Global Pricing for UOM – Now you can easily setup pricing exceptions for
products with UOM using the Global Pricing feature. This easy to use tool
eliminates multiple steps and allows you to create pricing exceptions by
product categories and customer groups.

Set the % surcharge within each UOM. This surcharge is applicable to all
customers
-
Then assign the Product to a category and select the customer groups
-
If each customer group gets its own pricing exception for that UOM, follow
the steps below:

Assign customers to a
group

Enter a Pricing %
surcharge for that group from Customers > Customer Groups

When you associate
the group with the UOM product category, the customer group surcharge will
add to the UOM surcharge and then apply to the customer group

AdvancePro Business Intelligence:
The version 7.0 introduces the new AdvancePro
Business Intelligence tool which will give you the information you need and in
the format you prefer. This business reporting tool is so easy to use that it
will analyze data and provide meaningful information for effective decision
making. This tool comprises of reporting, query and analysis including search
capabilities. You can utilize the various types of charts, graphs, statistical
diagrams to have a better insight of your data. You can now understand the past
and keep track of the present to make better decisions for the future while
using your data as a strategic asset.

AdvancePro Mobile:
Bring efficiency and speed to your warehouse! You can now
use the AdvancePro Warehouse module wirelessly for picking, packing and
shipping and receiving vendor orders. No need to put the system in a docking
station anymore, it will update your database live and in real-time. Scan the
items to add to your pick tickets or receive them into your inventory, whatever
the process, you can use this wireless solution to accurately record data while
ensuring that this communication is relayed immediately to your order entry
staff. AdvancePro Mobile offers increased productivity and efficiency to
your employees along with data accuracy.

AdvancePro Subscription Plans:
Utilize the easy payment method by signing up for AdvancePro Subscription. No
more bulk payments, you can spread your payments by paying a small monthly fee
to access AdvancePro and its various modules.

Web Services
Web Services Auto Upload and Download – Now you can set AdvancePro
to automatically upload to and download data from you B2B or B2C
websites. Just set the interval and AdvancePro will synchronize
the data for you.
Web Services Currency Prefix – Selling in $ or £ or any other
currency? You can now display your products in the currency of your
choice with the required prefix
Website Product display – A new look has been given to the display of
the products on your B2B and B2C sites. The products will now be in a
Grid format. This is to ensure better view of your products for your
customers
Website Backorders– Avoid backorders by disabling ordering of out of
stock item. This feature displays the items on the website but does
not allow the customer to add it to the shopping cart

Inventory
Reports – Now you can view the true inventory value per warehouse.
The average cost of an item will be displayed for the warehouse it
has been received into.

Barcode enabled
Customer Returns – This module has been revamped to accept barcode
scanning. You can now search for and add items to the customer
return by scanning the barcodes. You can also disable the required
entry of reasons for return for each item and just enter one return
reason for the complete customer return. You can scan by SKU, UPC,
Product Custom fields, Lot and Serial Numbers

XML Import Tool
– New mapping capabilities increase the number and types of fields
you can import for your orders using our XML Import Tool

Editable
Product Name – You can now import a variable product name
referring to the actual product SKU. So if your product name
differs from order to order, you can import it using our XML
Import Tool. The Product SKU is required to be similar to the SKU
in AdvancePro to allow this import

Enable the
editable product name settings from ADMIN > Site Settings >
Additional Settings > enable “ editable product name” for
Customers

Create the
schema and map your order product name with the “Editable
Product Name” field in the schema

CPO Custom
Field – You can also map the CPO custom field to be imported using
the XML Import Tool

Improved CRM
capabilities – The CRM lite now has customer reminders that appear
in your workspace for easy access.

Editable Custom
field for CPO – Now you can add product specific information on the
fly to this field while processing the order.

Emailing in
Multi-Currency: You can email the Customer orders, vendor orders,
bills, invoices, credit memos in the preferred currency

Date Formats:
Now AdvancePro supports all date formats applicable in
different countries of the world

ETA date for
line items on Vendor Order – Now you can assign an ETA date per line
item on a Vendor Order. This information is then available for
viewing when placing a CPO, receiving a vendor order at warehouse or
creating a bill

Editable Cross
reference labels for CPO, PPS and Invoices – You can now enter
information on the fly in these fields either from a CPO, PPS or
Invoice

Print Balance
Due on Invoice – This feature allows you to print balance due for
the customer on the invoice

Emailing CPO
and VPO in pdf or xls – Now you can choose how you want your orders
to be emailed. You can select either pdf format or xls format for
both your customer and vendor orders

Role – This role ensures access only for your warehouse personnel.
This protected role can only be used with AdvancePro Mobile

Quick Search –
The Quick Search has been expanded to search by product description,
invoice reference and bill reference
