Returns Policy:
All quoted prices are in USD. Products may be returned within 30
days from the date of invoice. To return a product please call our
customer service department on (800) 970-9071. All
returns must be issued an RMA #. Products returned to us without
an RMA # will not be accepted by us and will not be credited. All
items returned must be uninstalled and returned (where applicable)
at the customer's expense.
All Uninstallations and Returns must be executed and received
within 14 days of issuance of RMA. Returns received after such
time will not be accepted by our returns department and will not
be credited.
Please note:
The following are considered final sale and under no circumstances
will a refund be issued for these items:
- Upgrades from any kind. Upgrades include any type of
purchase which is not the initial/first purchase from
AdvancePro Technologies. Including upgrading to newer versions, adding
amount of users, purchasing new modules/add-ons etc.
- Any support package or add-on or additional users or
additional warehouses that are purchased in any other purchase
than the first time the customer purchases from the AdvancePro Technologies.
("the initial purchase").
- Any kind of web services and in particular, fees paid for
building sites, web services sites or web services monthly fees.
- EDI module of any kind.
- Custom development of any kind.
- All types of hardware, including all barcode scanners and
wireless terminals. Hardware comes with a manufacturer warranty.
- Setup fees of any kind.
- Mobile Sale, Mobile Service.
Web services monthly subscription cancellations
are subject to a 30 day notice period notice.
Advancepro Technologies is not responsible for items lost
in shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All items
relating to the product being returned must be in original
condition. If parts of the product are missing, destroyed or
subjected to excessive damage, AdvancePro Technologies. may
elect to either issue partial or no refund.
Under no circumstances will any returns be accepted after the 30
day trial period has ended.
Third party products are subject to the constrains
of the third party return policy. Such products include, but not
limited, hardware, EDI, Nice Label and others.
Support/Maintenance packages will be renewed
automatically on expiration date and the credit card on file will
be charged. If you wish to not renew your support/maintenance
package, 30 days notice prior expiration is required.
Different support packages do not include support
for the APLabel module. |
